Interview with Engineer Mohammad Hassan Kharazian

The machinery we produce consists of two very important groups, the first group includes machinery used for construction work and the second group includes machinery used for mining work. Fortunately, a part of the machinery is common to mining processing projects in addition to construction projects.

At present, I can confidently say that our country has been 100% free from the import of this type of machinery because all construction projects inside and outside the country have been successfully implemented using roll forming machines, from the production of materials to the production of the required machinery, all of which have been produced with different capacities; for this reason, it can be said that our country has achieved self-sufficiency in this industry.

Given the natural geographical situation of Iran, God has provided this land with boundless mineral resources. These mines are widespread throughout Iran, and although sufficient studies have not been conducted to identify the mines, with these brief studies and the mines that have been discovered so far, various elements found in nature exist in the foothills of the mountains and the earth’s beds of Iran.

If one considers it with Mendeleev’s table, one will realize more than ever that most of the elements of Mendeleev’s table exist in Iran, which unfortunately have received less attention. If attention has been paid to Iran’s mineral reserves, it has been mostly about oil and gas. However, if oil and gas resources are compared with other natural resources, we come to the conclusion that this wealth, if exploited in a principled manner, will create employment and increase national wealth far more than oil and gas wealth.

But unfortunately, less attention is paid to this God-given wealth, and when it is examined, the use of these mines is done in a limited manner or the export of mineral raw materials in bulk from the country. This bulk export is made available to buyers and other countries at the lowest possible price. By processing the minerals and converting them into diverse products, they create employment, profitability, and high added value for those who are bulk buyers of our minerals.

If only Iran’s mines are considered from the perspective of creating employment, by developing and expanding the mines and converting them into industrial products in the shortest possible time, in addition to creating productive and useful employment, the issue of employment, which is currently one of the problems of our beloved country, will be solved easily and in a short time, and we will enjoy this God-given wealth for the welfare of our people.

Considering this positive point of national determination, it is necessary for the country’s elites and caring experts to give importance to this very important issue and take action as soon as possible regarding the proper planning and use of all the country’s mines.
